Susana C. Bradbury

MSN, WHNP-BC (NP Bradbury)

Susana C. Bradbury, MSN, CRNP/WHNP-BC (NP Bradbury) is an Ob/Gyn nurse practitioner, certified nationally and licensed in Maryland.

NP Bradbury has over 20 years of healthcare experience as a registered nurse and women’s health/gender related nurse practitioner.  Her work has included caring for women across the reproductive and post-menopausal life span.  She has worked in both high-risk breast health and breast cancer care.  Her work includes gender related aspects of men’s health.  She has worked with low-risk and high-risk obstetrics, post-partum, and newborn care.

NP Bradbury was born in Washington, DC and has lived most of her life in Southern Maryland.  Her nursing career was inspired by nurses who cared for her during her high-risk pregnancy.  She received her Associates Degree in Nursing with High Honors at the College of Southern Maryland, and began her nursing career at Civista in La Plata, Maryland.  In 2005 she began working at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland, where she was a charge nurse and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Notre Dame of Maryland, earning Summa Cum Laude status.  She continued pursuing her passion of caring for women by attending Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and becoming a Women’s Health/Gender Related Nurse Practitioner with her board certification in 2016.

NP Bradbury believes strongly in women helping women to strengthen the fabric of each unique family.  As a clinician she has worked hard to help women work on the many female concerns that fall outside of the normal well woman exam visit. Often these problems are not able to be fully and satisfactorily addressed as they require special attention and time.  She believes that there is better model of delivery for healthcare and wellness to women and men than the current path carved and controlled by the insurance industry.  She is honored to be providing these important services in her beloved Southern Maryland corridor.
